Mayonnaise banane ke baad agar patli ho jaye to 1 anday ki zardi mein 2 qatray lemon juice ke daal kar achi terhan phaint len aur mayonnaise mein mila den. Cream ko sour cream bananay ke liye is mein 1/2 chamach lemoo ka ras mila kar khoob phaint len.

Dahi agar khatta ho jaye to is mein 2 cup pani daal kar fridge mein rakh den, chand ghanton baad dahi neechay baith jaye ga aur pani oopar aajay ga. dahi se pani nithar len aur is mein 1 cup doodh shaamil kar ke 10 minute ke liye frige mein rakh den.
